Do you travel?

Absolutely!

I love serving couples throughout Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Any venue that is over 120 miles round trip from my home base in Lancaster, PA would be subject to a travel fee of $300.

What is required to book? 💵

To officially reserve your date, I require:

  • A signed contract

  • A $300 non-refundable retainer

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

What if we don't think we need a coordinator?

Many couples feel this way at first! Most of my couples have planned their entire wedding themselves—they simply want someone they trust to take over on the wedding day. My goal is to make sure you, your family, and your friends can relax and be fully present instead of answering vendor questions or watching the clock.

Will you work with our venue and vendors?

Absolutely! I believe the best weddings happen when everyone works together as a team. I'll communicate with your venue and vendors before and throughout your wedding day to make sure everyone is on the same page. Every vendor is an expert in what they do, and my role is to collaborate with them, support their expertise, and keep everything organized so they can focus on doing their jobs while I focus on keeping the day running smoothly.
